Ruth Barker

Ruth Allene Campbell Barker, age 73 of North Wilkesboro, formerly of Ashe died Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at the Villages of Wilkes. Mrs. Barker was born May 15, 1930 in Ashe County to the late Charles and Lou Campbell. In addition to her parents, a daughter, Deannah Marie Barker, preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 5th at the Blevins Cemetery in Lansing.

Her husband: Banner Earl Barker

Daughter: Connie Watt and husband Stephen of Winterville, NC

Sister: Helen Richardson of Lansing & Myrtle Pugh of Elkton, MD

Grandson: M. Brandon Williams and wife Amanda of Hickory, NC

Several nieces & nephews also survive.
