Thomas "Tom" Burl Miller

Thomas Burl Miller better known as Tom age 33 of Lansing, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at his home.  Tom was born, Monday June 2, 1986 in Watauga County to Harold Gene Miller and Barbara Courtney Gentry.  Tom enjoyed spending time outdoors.  He loved his family and children very much and he was a loved friend of many.

Mr. Miller is survived by, daughter, Kelsey of Wilkesboro, son, Kaiden Miller of West Jefferson, father, Harold Gene Miller of Lansing, his mother and step-father, Barbara and Carl Gentry of Lansing, two sisters, Shana Miller Copeland of Lansing and Courtney Barker of Jefferson, two brothers, Randy Miller and Kelly Miller both of Lansing, grandmother, Penny Barker of Jefferson and grandfather, Tom Courtney of South Carolina.  Several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

A private graveside service will be held with Rev. Larry Shepherd officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 26, 2019 at Badger Funeral Home from 12:00-1:00 PM.
