Mr. Walter Herbert Boling, Jr. better known as "Herb" age 70, of Crumpler, died on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Boling was born on April 30, 1942 in Miami, FL to Walter Herbert and Wilma McLaughlin Boling. Mr. Boling was preceded in death by his parents and a son, John Boling. Mr. Boling was a deacon and member of Chestnut Hill Baptist Church. He enjoyed oil painting, and was the owner and operator for 14 years of Bees Signs. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 12:00 pm at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Randall Greene and Dr. Calvin Miller. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum of Prayer. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, prior to the service at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Mr. Boling is survived by: wife - Eileen Boling; one daughter - Pauline Talley and husband Joseph of Jefferson; one sister - Virginia Ruth Norat of Arizona; one granddaughter - Christina Talley of Florida; four nephews - James Smith of Florida, Christopher Smith, Matthew Smith, John Anthony Norat, all of Georgia.
