Wanda Lee (Goss) Baker

Wanda Lee Goss Baker, age 75 of Raleigh, died Sept. 20, 2021 at her home.  Mrs. Baker was born in Ashe County, December 8, 1946 to the late Jesse Willard and Ardeen Taylor Goss.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her son Brian Baker and sister, Janis Goss Pennington.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery by Rev. Joseph Augustine.

Mrs. Baker is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Franklin Baker, brother, Jesse Clint Goss of TX and sister-in-law, Cathy Ann Baker of TN.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
