William Lyalls

William Donald Lyalls age 74 of Jefferson, NC died Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Lyalls was born on June 18, 1929 in Crumpler, WV to Austin and Maude Mullis Lyalls. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He attended the Scottville Baptist Church. Mr. Lyalls was preceded in death by his brother Roy Lyalls.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 23, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Chris Goodman and Rev. Reeves Jones will officiate. A military graveside will follow in the Wallace Cemetery in Jefferson, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 23, 2004 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.

Wife: Virginia Dare Mahaffey Lyalls

Son: David Lyalls of Laurel Springs, NC

Daughter: Donna Lyalls of Jefferson, NC

Daughter in Law: Pam Waddell Lyalls

Grandchildren: Rachel and Ashley Lyalls
